A virtual fellowship is a structured, short-term program where you work on real projects with companies or startups—completely online. You gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a portfolio-ready project without relocating.

No prior German work experience is required. We provide support and guidance for visa or legal questions if needed.

We handle all legal, tax, and compliance requirements based on your location. You’ll receive a clear, ready-to-sign agreement.
How much does it cost?
The program runs on a sliding scale (€321 - €888) depending on your income.
Scholarships are available for those affected by layoffs, unemployment, or students.

The 6-month Membership is designed for professionals who want ongoing support beyond one round. It includes:
  • Access to all upcoming monthly workshops for 6 months
  • 4x 1:1 coaching sessions with Yik (valued at €180/hour)
